The signal will start with an 800Hz control circuit activation, followed by the call sign of the target user repeated three times,
then a numbers count from 1 to 10 followed by a request for signal reception strength relayed via alternate communication call back.
This signal began on 24 March as drone attacks into Ukraine became a normal part of military activities, alternate frequency 7211.5 kHz only used sparingly with day and night time use, typical transition had occurred at ~1700 UTC some voice announcements occur at ~1430 UTC.
Old night time frequency is 5023.5 / 5106 kHz with voice bursts at 1930UTC.
