Description	The CIS-3 also known at the 3 Tone circuit Stripe, is a 3 channel USB signal. It is a 3 channel signal that is used for unknown purpose, the channels have a 60 TPM (Tick Per Seconds) wave like a clock or something similar. The Purpose is unknown... Russian idle communication circuit with 'The Stripe' CIS three-tone seen throughout several Russian military remote Automated Communication Systems (ACS) HF circuits from 06/2023. The artifact I believed to be part of digital jitter circuit noise or other cause, not directly pointing to any so-called 'network' of shared circuits with the same visible artifact, which can be identified on several active Russian CIS related equipment such as music-loop networks 7032 kHz with associated transmitters and The Buzzer UVB-76, during standby CIS-12 audio transmissions. The three tones are produced at ~ 2883, 3129, 3363 Hz with a + 5dB higher amplitude for the middle tone with a notable timing pulse in regular intervals, higher FFT analysis shows tones do not align with AT-3104 modem manufacturer by JSC Almaz CIS-12 modes.
