The Numbers Stations has been monitored since ~1990 by the ENIGMA (European Numbers Information Gathering and Monitoring Association), the group has been dissociate in 1999 and a new group has been formed in 2000 by fans of Shortwave under the name ENIGMA 2000 owned by Signalshed.
